Commercial cleaning checklists you can edit and print
Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly task lists for the places cleaning teams actually work, plus maintenance logs for the vacuums and scrubbers they push. Edit the tasks, print one sheet per area, or save it as a PDF.

Open checklist →Why these checklists are structured by frequency
Most cleaning contracts specify a frequency for each task, and most complaints trace back to the periodic work nobody scheduled: the quarterly strip and refinish, the semi-annual carpet extraction, the high dusting that only happens when the client points at it. A checklist that separates daily from weekly from quarterly makes the scope visible to the cleaner, the supervisor and the client.
Equipment logs are separate on purpose. Machines belong to the contractor, not the site, and their cord checks, filter changes and service dates follow the machine from building to building.
When paper stops being enough
Paper proves someone initialled a box. TidyTrack proves who cleaned what, when: cleaners scan a QR poster, tick the same checklist on their phone, and every log is timestamped. Managers see what is due and overdue, clients get proof-of-service reports, and the first site is free.
